In our always-changing world, the information ecosystem has the potential to exhaust our attention completely. Determining fact from fiction poses a unique challenge when fake news and misinformation attempt to manipulate reality, sway elections, and divide people. It is from this vantage that The Cornell Policy Review reaffirms our mission to “contribute, cultivate, and convey” information that is accessible, evidence-based, and non-partisan.

.

At CPR, we pursue our vision of “insightful content, [for an] informed world” because we believe that discussing society’s wicked problems begins with honest discourse. As we start a new academic year, we will continue to strive always to deliver insightful policy analysis in pursuit of a more constructive and informed conversation. We hope that the Review will bring value, informing you, our readers, about policies which deserve your attention and motivate you to continue the conversation.

.

We look forward to engaging with you.

Sincerely,

.

Adam Terragnoli
